We are so proud at SecuriCare Medical to have been shortlisted as finalists for the ‘Customer Focus Award – Large Enterprise’ at this year’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2016. Our fellow finalists included some major household names so it truly felt a huge achievement. These awards recognise organisations that have delivered successful customer service plans and put the customer at the very centre of all that it does, something we aspire to everyday.

These exciting awards were held at the prestigious Park Lane Hotel in London last month and some members of our Customer Services and Careline Teams attended the ceremony which was hosted by the Institute of Customer Service.

It was a wonderful excuse for both teams to get dressed up in their finery and everyone was buzzing with excitement and anticipation as the results were read out. We didn’t win this time however, being a finalist felt a huge accomplishment and has only helped to spur us on and make sure we continue to offer the best customer service we can to you.
