How do I order my supplies through SecuriCare home delivery service?
It’s easy to order your stoma care, continence care and skincare supplies through SecuriCare, with flexible options to suit your personal preference.
First things first, you need to join the SecuriCare home delivery service
Once you have registered with SecuriCare, you will be able to tell us which products you are using and order ongoing supplies by using any of the methods listed below. If you'd like advice about which products would be best for you, our Careline Team of specialist advisers have many years of experience and will be happy to chat through your options. To place your order, you will need a prescription
The SecuriCare team are experts at liaising with surgeries, obtaining and following up prescriptions so that your supplies arrive on time. For even quicker and simpler stoma and continence prescriptions, if you live in England and your GP surgery offers the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) then you can nominate SecuriCare to receive your prescriptions electronically. Our in-house pharmacy, PharmaCare, can also deliver your prescription medicines alongside your stoma and continence supplies in one convenient delivery. No more need to queue in busy pharmacies and no bulky packets to carry home!
Are you exempt from prescription charges?
We’re required by the NHS to gain proof of your exemption status if you don’t have to pay for your prescription. This applies to the following exemption codes:

|Prepayment certificate||War Pension Certificate|
|Income support||Jobseeker’s Allowance|
|NHS Tax Credit Exemption||HC2 Charges Certificate|
You’ll need to provide these details before placing your initial order and can do so by calling our Patient Services Team on Freephone 0800318965 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org .

As well as providing your regular supplies, our team can also help you find products to address new problems and needs that you may have. They’ll work with your Health Care Professional team to advise of the best products for you and can arrange free samples.
