About Us

About the SecuriCare home delivery service

The SecuriCare free of charge home delivery service was established in 1988. All brands and products are delivered directly to your home, a convenient and discreet way of obtaining your supplies - no need to queue in busy pharmacies and no bulky packets to carry home.

This nationwide service is fully licensed by the Department of Health. The dispensing fee paid by the government for all prescriptions is used to fund SecuriCare's stoma care nurses, who provide a very valuable service to areas of the country that have no NHS nurse. SecuriCare are also approved as a Stoma Service Supplier by National Procurement in Scotland to deliver all brands of stoma supplies to every region of Scotland.

SecuriCare (Medical) Ltd is part of the CliniMed group of companies, a privately owned British group of companies that was established in 1982. The CliniMed Group comprises seven companies all providing specialist products and services to the healthcare market. CliniMed (Holdings) Ltd is the parent company of the CliniMed Group which today employs 500 people and serves healthcare markets around the world. SecuriCare recognises the importance of environmental protection and is committed to operating its business responsibly and in compliance with all legal environmental requirements relating to our activities. We have established procedures to minimise the impact of all our processes that have significant consequences for the environment. SecuriCare has recently gained accreditation to the internationally recognised Environmental Management System standard ISO 14001:2004.
