Twilight Patient Services Specialist

BRIEF JOB SUMMARY:

You will be working for SecuriCare (Medical) Limited who are a Home Delivery Service for stoma products. Your role will be to support the Customer Services team by processing patient orders with efficiency and care, generating letters to be sent to GP Surgeries and cleansing the customer database as and when necessary to maintain an up to date system. There will be an element of inbound/outbound calling to existing patients. You will also be expected to carry out general administration duties associated with your role on a daily basis.

You will behave in a professional manner at all times and you will build professional relationships with customers that will enhance the Company’s quality image.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process patient orders with efficiency and care
  • Generate surgery letters
  • Support Patient Services team with routine admin tasks
  • Occasional outbound calling to existing patients
  • Cover for other team members if required
  • Cleanse data base regularly
  • Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by the company as required
  • Work to targets set by the Patient Services Team Leader

ESSENTIAL:

  • Proven excellent Database Management Skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication, oral and written skills
  • Able to work under pressure
