Patient Services Administrator - Maternity Cover - Full Time
You will be working for SecuriCare (Medical) Limited who are a Home Delivery Service for stoma products. Working as part of a friendly team involved with the administration support for our Patient Services Team, this busy and varied role will involve you in all aspects of administration. Your duties will include processing prescriptions, matching orders, generating letters, setting up customers on the system, matching invoices and various month end procedures. You will be keen to progress your career into customer services.
You will behave in a professional manner at all times and you will build professional relationships with customers that will enhance the Company’s quality image.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing daily EPS & paper scripts
- Liaising with Nurses and GP surgery’s
- Surgery calls – chase outstanding scripts
- Script filling & cleansing
- Setting up new patients
- Scanning of templates
- Email response
- Invoices
- Actioning RIP’s/REV’s
- Completions
- Month end procedures
- Working to targets set by Patient Administration Team Leader
- Support all patient teams with routine admin tasks
- To perform such other duties as may be reasonably requested by Team Leader
Essential:
- Reliable, inquisitive and enthusiastic

- Experience of MS Office
