New Business Administrator/Appointment Maker

Working as part of a friendly team you will assist the department in achieving the overall sales target by carrying out administration tasks within a timely manner. You will support the department by finding ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of activity regarding new patient setups and customer service. You will ensure that all administration duties are completed within agreed timelines.

You will behave in a professional manner at all times and you will build professional relationships with customers that will enhance the Company's quality image.

You will:

  • Promote the products and services offered by CliniMed to care homes, hospitals and surgeries
  • Ensure correct data entry of all sample requests, conversions, emails, mailers and evaluation results into Goldmine
  • Effectively communicate with care providers with a view to securing appointments for the Nurse Advisors and Product Specialists. Fact finding information is required to support this work
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required to support members of the Business Development Team including printing, filing or action emails received into the department from the Company websites, receiving inbound mail, adding to Goldmine
  • Completing a monthly job rota for the team
  • Taking minutes at the monthly team meeting and issuing them
  • Ensure the competitor products/Welland/Essentials are ordered and stock level maintained and up to date in line with the drug tariff
  • Process all sample requests received by reply card and email from all health professionals/Product Specialists/Nurse Advisors/patients
  • Update the field activity spreadsheet from patient meeting cards received for CliniMed and SecuriCare and add new patient data to Goldmine
  • Follow up exhibition and HCP meetings when requested by the appropriate member of the field sales team and feedback sales information to rep's
  • Update and complete monthly reports
  • Complaint logging and responding to all concerned
  • Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed performance and development reviews
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the Head of Patient Services
