Job Description
Managing and developing a team of stoma care nurses, whilst also seeking new business opportunities. You will provide professional leadership, supervision and coaching to the team, demonstrating management expertise in planning, motivation, co-ordination and commercial awareness. Providing short term and long range planning for service delivery and training. You will show a commercial knowledge of the impact of external factors and competitor activity on our business, whilst developing and implementing strategic plans in conjunction with management colleagues.

Essential Skills
Experienced Commercial Nurse Manager, NMC Registered, Colorectal and Stoma experience, knowledge of the structure and working of the NHS and Primary Care, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven networking skills with ability to form and develop close working relationships

Stoma Care Nurse - Sidcup

Job Description
•Deliver high quality, evidence based care to all patients who have or may require the formation of a stoma while also providing expert advice and education for all staff within the hospital and PCT setting •Reviewing, auditing and improving the quality of care delivered in addition to reviewing product usage of customers through the use of data analysis.

Essential Skills
Post-registration with current experience of colorectal/stoma care nursing.
