Festive Fun At The Nuneaton Stoma Support Group

On Wednesday the 13th December the Nuneaton support group had a special Christmas get together. A lovely evening was had by all including a spectacular buffet contributed by all who attended. We had a Christmas quiz, guess the weight of the Christmas cake, bingo and we were very lucky to have the choir rehearsals taking place and so we sang along to the beautiful carols. It was a fabulous evening and special thanks must go to Bob who managed to get this event organised.

The Nuneaton support group meet every third Wednesday of every other month and is for anybody who has a stoma or will be having stoma surgery. The group meet for two hours from 7pm-9pm and it is an opportunity to pick up information and provide support to each other over a cup of tea and biscuits. We also have the attendance and support from the local stoma nurses. We have a fun game of bingo with prizes or a raffle. The group is very friendly and would like to welcome new members and please feel free to bring somebody along with you.

The Nuneaton support group meet at The Baptist Church, Manor Court Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5HU and the next meeting will take place on the 17th January 2018.
