Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will act as a key worker for patients and their families through diagnosis and subsequent surgery providing clinical expertise, on-going information and support, within the hospital and the community setting. You will deliver the best care and provide expert advice and education to a multi-disciplinary team within the Trust Dynamic and forward thinking you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being flexible to meet the needs of the patients and the service. Whilst being an important member of a larger team, you will be comfortable with independence as your day to day activities will be carried out autonomously.
